We provide free quotes after a pre-move survey to assess your requirement accurately.

No. Our pre-move survey is free of charge. During this, our expert will visit (or virtually asses) your place, understand what needs to be moved, and give you a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

Time depends on:

• Distance of move

• Amount of goods

• Access to property (ease of loading / unloading)

• Any permit or special approvals required

For city moves, it often takes 1-2 days. Inter-city moves may take more, depending on road conditions and distance. We’ll give you an estimated timeline when you book.

Payment terms are typically:

• A booking advance to confirm your move

• Remaining balance upon delivery / after completion of move

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other payment methods as agreed. Details will be shared in your quote.

We understand schedules can change. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Charges (if any) will depend on how close the cancellation is to the moving date, as some logistics and labour costs may already be incurred. We’ll explain cancellation/rescheduling policies clearly in your quote / service agreement.

Yes. We provide real-time tracking for many of our transportation services (especially for long-distance moves). You’ll be able to see the status of your goods and expected delivery time via our tracking service.

Yes, for safety and legal reasons, some items are excluded or require special handling. These typically include:

• Hazardous / flammable materials

• Perishable items (unless specially packed)

• Live animals & plants (depending on destination and regulations)

• Items prohibited by law

We can advise alternatives or special treatment if needed.
